Overview
PAN was formally two town-houses that we have been joined together to create GoLiving’s biggest apartment. This brand new, totally remodelled 11 bedrooms townhouse has a huge communal living space on the ground floor, as well as a large kitchen. It is the perfect space for watching a movie on the smart TV with some of your roommates, or having dinner parties and barbecues in the summer thanks to the private garden. The absolute highlight about this flat for maximising outdoor hang outs– an enormous rooftop terrace. The accommodation has also a basement beneath it, and therefore has enough storage room for all your personal belongings.
The rooms are between 14m² and 27m² and are perfect for individuals as well as couples to enjoy their stay and feel immediately homy. As it was two houses, the bedrooms are nicely separated so even with so many people, privacy is still assured. Some of the rooms have an additionally extra of a shared balcony as well.
Neighbourhood
Located in the north of Mitte, just on the border of Prenzlauer Berg and a really good connection to Wedding, this neighborhood gives you an amazing opportunity to experience some of of the most sought after districts of Berlin. It has top access to public transport with Schwartzkopffstraße U-Bahn Station as well as Naturkundemuseum (U6) right on the doorstep. From there, after just a few stations on the U6 you can be in the heart of Mitte.
Friedrichstraße, one of the main stations in Berlin is only a few stops away, from there you have several S-bahn connections to the rest of the whole city (S1, S3, S5, S9 and S26). Mitte offers nearly every you can possibly think of. It’s full of different restaurants and bars, shopping streets and it’s also sightseeing paradise. The “Bundestag”, the “Holocaust Memorial and the “Brandenburgertor” a very close, just to name a few of the main touristic places to see in Berlin.
A short tram ride or walk the other way and you can be in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin’s hipster capital. There you will find more bars, cafes and small quaint one-off shops than you’ll possibly know what to do with! One highlight especially in summer is the Mauerpark flea market. Every Sunday (even in winter) the park gets packed full of people looking for second hand clothes, vintage bags and jewellery . Many people flock to the park to just enjoy the infamous karaoke sessions that take place at the amphitheatre every Sunday afternoon.
If you choose the other direction you are only three stops away from weddings Brüssler Kiez and Leopold Platz. In comparison with Prenzlauer Berg you can enjoy the same experiences but in a different way. There is a huge amount of independent bars and restaurants for absolutely every corner of the globe. The absolutely highlight especially in summer is the Plötzensee where you are able to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a moment.
