This 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Wilmersdorf is classical Berlin living at its finest. Altbau (meaning Old House) is a traditional style of apartment found all over Berlin. This apartment is no exception with 140m² of floor space split between only 3 people, there is an abundance of space for everyone to relax or host in. In terms of the space itself, we take this old style apartment and then combine it with the 21st century through our choice of furnishings and convenience based services. Every room is meticulously designed to bring colour, vibrancy and energy, creating a delightful place for you to live in. The 3 bedrooms are the separated across the apartment, and have an average size of 23.8m² ranging from €1045 to €1145 per month. They are massive bedrooms, all with lockable doors, wardrobes, desk and chairs and double beds. We wanted to make sure that we focus in on the small details as well to make sure that all bedrooms are good to go as soon as they are moved into, so we provide quality bed linen, towels as standard. The size and quality of furnishings makes all of the bedrooms an ideal place to retreat to relax in, or to work in if you have to. There is also the added bonus of some great city views out of the windows, especially in the summertime. As for the apartment, one of the most noticeable features is the brand new kitchen, with its sleek black design that we installed to juxtapose the white walls and otherwise very bright colour scheme. This leads straight into the communal living space which is equipped with a lovely dining table, sofa and smart TV, making it the perfect place to chill out after work. So this apartment is large, light, and has absolutely everything that you need to get you life started with a great community of people in Berlin!
Neighbourhood
The apartment is nestled nicely within Wilmersdorf, but it also has great access to the wider city. It is just a 3 minute walk away from Blissestraße U-Bahn station which takes you on the U7 line through to Kreuzberg and Neukölln or up to Charlottenburg. Alternatively, it is a 5 minute walk away from Fehrbelliner Platz U-Bahn Station that can take you to Friedrichshain, or connect you to lines up to Prenzlauer Berg and the heart of the city. The local surroundings are also great for city living, with the closest supermarket only a 5 minute walk away, and for entertainment there is an abundance of bars and a Fennsee park and lake only a 15 minute walk away.
Wilmersdorf, located in Berlin’s chic west, is possibly one of the prettiest districts in Berlin. It is renowned for it’s upmarket shops, tree filled streets and attractions such as Thai Park, where street vendors provide an array of different Thai cuisine for you to try.
